Trained at LSU and Drexel; fellowship under addiction pioneer Dr. Joseph Volpicelli. As founder of Wave Treatment Centers, Dr. Beatty leads a small team in delivering cutting-edge, evidence-based care — and is nationally recognized for his leadership in addiction treatment.
A Philadelphia native, Dr. Beatty returned to the region after completing residency in New Orleans. He joined the faculty at Thomas Jefferson University and later served as Chief of Psychiatry in the Northeast for a national addiction treatment provider. He then established his private practice in Vero Beach, FL, serving patients in person and across Pennsylvania by telemedicine.
Dr. Beatty is also a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
