Wave Treatment Centers is an out-of-network provider, so we don’t participate in insurance networks or bill insurers directly, and we’re not able to work with Medicaid or HMO plans. If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, we’ll provide an itemized superbill and help you submit your claim — many patients are reimbursed a portion of their costs. For the health and safety of our patients and staff, we follow all current CDC guidelines. Masks will be provided when appropriate for those who do not have one.

Appointments must be canceled by phone call 72 hours in advance, or you will be responsible for the entire fee. Text and email cancellations are not accepted.
